All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday), excluding Sundays and U.S. public holidays. Once your order is confirmed, our fulfillment team will prepare it for shipment promptly.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard shipping transit time is 3–9 business days (Monday–Saturday) depending on your location within the U.S. Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen carrier issues.

3. Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Cost

8. Order Changes or Cancellations

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@imbeautycare.com. We will investigate with the carrier and assist in resolving the issue promptly. Retain all original packaging for documentation purposes.
